For international orders, all import/VAT, customs duties or special taxes will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

· USA: 3–4 business days

· Europe: 6–8 business days

· Australia: 2–14 business days

· Japan: 4–8 business days

· International: 10–20 business days

We aim to respond to all support contacts around the clock, however this isn't always possible. Our working hours are Mon - Fri 9am-5pm GMT. If you have contacted us and are yet to receive a response, please be patient. Our team are working hard to get back to you.

Not yet! We manage our brand orders from distribution sites all over Europe, and our heavy kit team works within the UK. None of these sites are open to visitors yet.

Standard shipping is £4.99 (Or equivalent in local currency).

All orders over £100 (Or equivalent in local currency) are free.
