SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

For international orders, all import/VAT, customs duties or special taxes will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

·        USA: 3–4 business days

·        Europe: 6–8 business days

·        Australia: 2–14 business days

·        Japan: 4–8 business days

·        International: 10–20 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds - Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@nomaddevco.com with photos with the product(s) laid out on a flat surface and take a birds-eye photo. Please also take close photos of the issue or damage for us to review. If it meets all the criteria, we will ship you out a new one.

Lost In Transit - When a package gets lost in transit, you should submit your claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery day. To do so, you can submit an email here support@nomaddevco.com with the details required. If it is more than 30 days, the order no longer qualifies for a reshipment or refund. If you wish to reship the order it will be a considered a New order at your expense.

 

Exchanges - As most of our products are made to order. We do not offer any exchanges once the order has been made.

Sizing Issues - We do not take returns for sizing issues as each item it made to order. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@nomaddevco.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item laid out on a flat surface with a tape measure laid out across the shoulders and another photo of the length.  Once we receive the return and verify the sizing issue, we will send you a new one in the correct size at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Return Shipping - If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will pay for it to be returned.  If any other returns are authorised it will be responsibility of the customer to pay for that return. For replacement items NOMAD DevCo will always pay for the shipping costs.
