The Crye Precision G4 Field Pant™ is a next-generation field trouser engineered for lightweight durability, enhanced mobility, and reduced bulk, forming part of Crye’s G4 uniform system.
It is constructed from VTX RIPSTOP™ stretch fabric using Invista T420 high-tenacity nylon fibres, delivering a combination of low weight, high strength, and integrated stretch across the entire garment. This allows for a slimmer, more ergonomic cut without restricting movement, representing a fundamental shift from traditional NYCO-based designs.
The design incorporates full-garment stretch rather than isolated stretch panels, improving comfort and mobility during sustained movement while maintaining structural durability.
A low-profile pocket architecture reduces bulk while retaining storage capacity for essential equipment. Cargo pockets include concealed stabilisers for items such as magazines or water bottles, along with dedicated holders for tools or lights.
Ventilation is enhanced through mesh-lined pocket systems, improving airflow and breathability in warmer or high-output conditions. The pant also features an adjustable waistband with low-profile VELCRO® tabs, a zip fly closure, and a streamlined fit optimised for layering or standalone use.
The G4 Field Pant maintains compatibility with AIRFLEX™ field knee pads (internal type), providing optional protection without external hard components or combat-specific hardware.
